Your chances at a top house are slim. You need connections to overcome where you're from. Sounds dumb I know. You shouldn't choose a school just to get into a top house. Ole miss sorority rush is cut throat. Our bottom houses would be good houses at most other schools.

Basically, you have your work cut out for you! If you want a top house you will have to network you A S S off! You will have to uncover every stone to find chapter alumni who will support you. You will have to find some one who can introduce you to actives who will also invite you to Oxford this spring to attend spring parties.

Once you get to campus next August, you will have to be on your A game to get noticed in a positive light.

This past year top houses had to cut 1000 girls after the first round! If they haven't already gotten to know you, you can bet you will not be on their invite list for the next round.
