Out of the top tier fraternities, who takes the most OOS students?

Sigma chi definitely takes the most oos guys. KA is least likely. Sigma nu and phi delt want Ms guys but have guys from all over the south too.

If you are from a major southern city, you have a higher chance to get in a top tier.

Ex: Dallas, Atlanta, Memphis, Birmingham (MB area), Jackson.

Phi Delt takes the most OOS. They are not attracting the in state guys like they use too. Not considered top tier any longer. EX has a good many OOS but many are Memphis guys. EN also has several guys from Memphis as well as The Southeast. KA is mostly in state. Focusing heavily on in state guys hurt KA this year as they failed to pledge in state guys, mainly Jackson. Most of them went EN or EX.
