I would just like to say how amazing chi o, Tri Delt, delta gamma, and kappa delta did! All four chapters were forced to make heavy cuts throughout recruitment. Each chapter was forced to hold ridiculously small pref rounds. It's amazing that they made quota at all! I think Tri delta and chi o could only invite 150 girls to pref and DG and KD could only invite 160. At least that is what was overheard coming from Panhellenic.

If you got a bid to any of these houses consider yourself amazingly lucky! The system worked against you the entire time!

Good try but wrong information. It never ceases to amaze me how "facts" are overheard. That is so not true. DG rush was not good, tridelts return rate after the first night was awful totally bombed it, Chi O lost girls they would have never dreamed would not go them. Yes they all got great girls but NO they did not have the oustanding perfect rush you are trying to portray. EVERY SINGLE SORORITY worked hard and stole girls and lost girls so PLEASE CUT it with the lame excuses.

I guess I should say good try right back to you! You are totally making up your information. You can ask any Panhellenic representative and they will confirm.

Chi O got the most Jackson girls out of all the houses. Very happy alumni! Ddd had 97% return rates throughout recruitment even though Panhellenic forced them to drop all but 600 girls after first round. DG also was forced to do heavy early cuts. Could have killed their recruitment but didn't. KD was the only house that due to past snap bids didn't have to narrow their lists so quickly.

Of course Chi O got most of the Jackson girls! That is not breaking news for the last 20 years? You should recheck your source…I think you are spreading false information…..

with RFM before you accuse Panhellenic of forcing a chapter to drop PNMs or a chapter having to fight a system that was working against them. The RFM system worked.

Before you go pretending to know how this works, RFM method was VERY off this year. We went from having three invitational rounds to four. In the past it was 9 houses first round, 6 houses second round, and 3 houses pref. that all changed this year to 10/8/5/2. Past RFM went out the window and Panhellenic had no idea how this year would go and how to anticipate outcome. It was Panhellenic who missed with DG, not their advisors. Ddd also cut all but 600 girls after the first round. They would have been happy with any of the six hundred! There was no disappointment at ddd or xo come bid day!

Wait are we supposed to be surprised XO had the Jackson girls? Haha so who cares and they didn't get them all so as I stated they lost some. No one said they didn't have a good rush or get great girls, just that making excuses that they had it harder is lame. For a fact all houses made huge cuts but DDD did in actually get cut by tons of girls. They still had a great rush but they are not as universally loved and desired as they would like to think. DG got screwed by their advisors and cut too many girls that really wanted them but were not "advisor choices". They kept too many girls that went something else, they didn't play their cards right with the new 2 party pref. All they above sororities have GREAT pledge classes but please quit acting like they had it more difficult or somehow did "better".

Why does it make a sorority better if they have girls from Jackson?

It doesn't but for some backward reason people like to say it does.

It doesn't make a sorority better if they get all the girls from Jackson, it just means they pull more in-state girls from the private schools....could also make those sororities like 13th grade.

Tridelt did NOT have a good rush. All of my friends and I cut them after the first round because of how boring and rude they were. No one looked like they got along or were excited about having any of us PNM's coming into their home. I am happy to say I found a sisterhood that looked excited about recruitment and getting a great pledge class from day 1

I just wish my house was as amazing as these-I just can't imagine how special and wonderful the girls in these houses feel! Oh to be one of them! The envy of every unspecial person on campus!

someone (obviously an alum) can't just compliment MULTIPLE houses without everyone attacking them and trying to disprove someone's complimentary opinion. Do you realize that by going after a sorority you're saying our entire greek system isn't as strong? Be proud and compliment EVERYONE to show every one else how strong this whole system is instead of being petty to try to knock groups down to get on top. You're hurting everyone that way!
