How many girls will be cut after the 3rd round? Is there a chance i could be released from rush when i get my schedule back on thursday???

Yes, you can get dropped fro rush at any point during recruitment. We can't tell how many girls will be dropped from rush. Just do your BEST, be open to any of the chapters that invite you back and be excited about your invitations.
