No, it's only scary if you put all your eggs in one basket. Go in with an open mind and keep your options open. Only those girls with grade or standards risks get cut completely.

It's really hard when houses start cutting you, but don't get discouraged, that's part of the process. You will end up exactly where you ate supposed to.

Be confident and open minded! If they don't like you enough to invite you back then move on to a house that is dying to have you. :) You end up where you're meant to end up.

Relax! It is truly a time filled with many highs and lows,but if you do your best to be confident,friendly, and keep a smile on your face you should be fine-you will most likely get cut from some houses and never know why,don't let this mess with your mind,just continue with the process and focus on the houses you have left. EVERY,I repeat EVERY houses here is truly amazing in its own way!!!! Sure some are harder to get in,but there are many houses that are just as good in their own way. Sisterhood and a place to call home are offered at each house. Each sorority has a beautiful houses and have you seen the plans for the new ADPi house! WOW! Every day when you get your invitations, look at them as a whole new start to rush. THOSE are the houses that think you might be a good fit for the chapter. If you are cut from a house, it does not always mean they didn't want you. It means that they are limited in how many girls they can invite back. There might be other girls that they have LOTS of other reasons to invite back instead.
