What are the top sororities mainly looking for?

Pretty much the same things that all the other sororities are looking for.

They're looking for you to be yourself. If you go into rush trying to fit into the top tier, when you clearly aren't fit for it, then you are going to have a bad time. Faking is so easy to spot and makes you look bad. If you manage to fool us and you end up with a bid, you'll just be unhappy because you won't be able to be yourself around your sisters. Go into rush and end up where you fit in most.

She is right. Everybody goes through rush wanting a bid to a top house without even knowing if that house is a good fit for them. You can't wake up one day and be somebody you are not. Just be yourself and trust in the process.
