Fraternities
EX- getting off probation, will have a great pledge class in the fall.
Phi Delt- Ivy League was the best spring party this year.
KA- Hayseed was the biggest disappointment of 2014
EN- Even though Woodstock wasn't as bad as hayseed, it wasn't good enough to surpass KA.

ATO- Gatorbash was decent
Kappa Sig- South Seas was overrated this year
Pike- Spring party was ehhh. Phi Psi is catching up.
Phi Psi- Best spring party of the middle tier, with sig ep gone they now have the "animal house" reputation. Expect their best pledge class ever in the fall.
SAE- Patty Murphy left a little to be desired. The whole no pledgeship thing is worrisome. Expect a decent pledge class next year, but they will get worse as the years go on.

Sigma Pi- Best spring party of the bottom tier
Delta Psi- not a great spring party (or whatever that was), but they're ridiculously smart and do their own thing.
Beta- yes they did have a decent spring party with some pretty big names performing, but that can't mask how weird the guys are.
Phi Tau- rumors that Sig Ep is joining them are interesting, and if true, it moves them up above the colonies. Rushees beware: this is not a situation you want to walk into.

XO- going downhill, need to cut legacies.

xo isn't going downhill but i will say that are #3. also dg may be boring but their chapter is much more stable than phi mu and kkg without any scandals making them still #4. Sigma nu is definitely better than KA and even phi delt for that matter. KA has been a disappointment this whole year... not just Hayseed.

I'm not trying to detract anything from Phi Mu or Kappa, I think they're great sororities. But DG has a ton of history at Ole Miss, is arguably the most involved chapter, competitive, good grades, and recruit well. I think Phi Mu and Kappa as a whole are probably more attractive than XO and DG, but this doesn't mean XO and DG don't have drop dead gorgeous members and are still cute chapters, or that Phi Mu and Kappa are better. There is a lot more to it than looks.
