One pledge class doesn’t change rankings. It takes years. All seemed to do well this year considering the circumstances. No group got everyone they wanted (this was also due to the circumstances).

If you know, you know. The reason why Chi O & DG are so good is that they already have their bid list before rush starts, just like any other top house at Bama or another Deep South SEC school. KD doesn't. KD is fine if you are out of state and don't really know anyone--that is probably the best you can hope for at a large insular state school. But the top 3 at OM are indisputably XO, DG and DDD. Always has been, always will be.

XO and DDD have slipped. Just because they're the oldest, have the most debutantes or whatever doesn't mean they're the best. And you're an idiot if you don't think KD has alums working on their bid list too.
DG has occupied the "bubble" between top and middle since forever. They hold a special place with their national, but they closed and recolonized early in their history. If you consider tradition important in determining tiers, that bumps them down in prestige just a bit.
