What are the chances of getting into a top tier / upper mid tier with a 3.2 GPA and a 17 ACT?

Please don’t worry or focus so much on ACT score. Grades are far more important. Some people suck on standardized tests ( I was one )

There were a few girls in my pre algebra class last year that were in one of the top three houses. Your act math score has to be below a 19 to take pre algebra so lower scores aren’t unheard of

top tier is legacy based and a little home time based. if you aren't a legacy and don't live in a town with a bunch of actives, then move along.

you are a bit of a grade risk. if you are a legacy at a mid tier then you'd get in. if not, still a decent chance as long as you impress during rush
