Ok this is just a question about possible scenarios!
Let’s say 2 girls love a top house, one girl has an extensive resume, great grades but is very average looking and from middle class family..... the second girl has average grades, and a very average resume but is super pretty and wealthy and both have great personalities
Who gets picked??

top tiers are all legacy based and a bit home town based. if it doesn't apply to you then your chances at top tier is 0%. I'm not being rude, but they won't even look at your application.
As far as top tier, they are on average 85% legacy based and 15% home town based (i.e. you went to a high school with a bunch of actives, and your parents are good friends etc etc).
Now, in order: KD most home town based, least legacy based. DDD is split between legacy and home town based. XO is most legacy based and least home town based out of 3 top tier houses.
