Do y'all think KD will have a down year not having a physical house to rush out of? Just wondering if some girls who would typically go KD will be swayed elsewhere because of this

Probably not. Or rather, it shouldn't. But I always think that the actual house is just icing on the cake - something you factor in if you are really torn between chapters. Because honestly, if you don't like who is in the house, no matter how gorgeous it is, the physical house can suddenly become pretty meaningless.

honestly KD isn't better than DDD or XO, it's just that DDD and XO are tanking so someone has to be top

Anyone who is saying mean things about KD is probably jealous. They have driven, smart, and nice girls. They also always put on a great rush and will get a great PC this year.
