volunteering, gpa, school leadership positions, athletics.
To me, it's things that show you are committed and follow through on obligations. Sororities are a huge time drain so you will want to position yourself to show you give of your time and you're loyal. I hope other women will mention items I may be overlooking. Good luck!

Agree that it’s things where you’ve actually done something, not just joined a lot of groups. Leadership where you helped produce results. I’d rather see fewer activities but where you were an active leader/member. Things that link to your true interests, not just what looks good.
