Exactly !! Honestly the truth is a lot of girls are liking phi mu kappa and dg over xo and even ddd and kd.
Its really about who you connect the most with, not ranks. Out of these 6, ranking 1st-3rd doesn't mean thats the houses everyone wants. I liked kappa 1st all the way thru and my friend liked dg the most and we both had so called "higher houses on pref. It really is ab personal preferences not how people on gr have them ranked.
If you're smart, you pick the one that has more girls you connect with and are similar to, not the one that people have ranked higher.
