Is it true one house willingly incurs fines each year during variable quota recruitment in order to make deep cuts which knowlingly exceed NPC's guidelines? If that is true, then @hello's' statistic isn't an accurate indicator for that particular house.
If true, how is it any different than a runner paying a race organizer for the benefit of not running 5 miles of a 26.2 mile marathon claiming they are a top 3 finisher?
Please let me know if I received wrong information. Meanwhile, you know what would end this conversation? Ending this conversation. 😜

True DDD and KD much harder to get in - they cross rush a lot too.
There used to be some cross over with ChiO years ago, but not much anymore.
It is mostly only legacies that want ChiO and the few select girls who are afraid to step out of their bubble and comfort zone. ChiO is pretty stagnant.

Easiest house to get into if you are a legacy is XO.
Hardest house to get into if you are not a legacy is also XO.
Not saying XO is the most wanted, just saying if you want XO and are not a legacy then this is by far the hardest house to get into.
DDD vs. KD are a bit different.
DDD is a bit more legacy based than KD. KD isn't too big with big cities (Jackons, Memphis) but they have some particular areas/high schools that they are heavy on regardless if you are a legacy or know a lot of the girls.
For non-legacies...basically if you are in state or from a small place inside the state then DDD would be harder for you to get into. If you are out of state then KD would be harder for you to get into.

I am going off the ledge here (lol) and say KD and Chi O are the hardest. DDD and DG have gotten some weird pledge classes lately, not sure what is up with them. They may be selective but I think a lot of girls prefer KD and XO over DDD and DG. Even Kappa and Phi Mu made huge cuts (like 900 girls) after round one. They are getting more selective too. I think both of those sororities angled for more more in-state girls this year than ever before. I don't agree with most on GR about XO. It is a great sorority with strong girls. It is the most selective sorority at OM.
