Every one knows who the top tiers are (DDD, KD, Chio).

Every year you have some new group come in and question it, but some time during the end of freshman year and beginning of sophomore year they get a reality check.

You still have some dis-illusional group claim they they are top tiers to make them feel better about their selves but just like the schizo lady on the bench who is talking to her....you ignore them.

Same with DG who's worked endlessly to self rank themselves to a greek rank "top tier" but has struggled for a few years now on campus and aren't even a top mid tier.

yes CKT is still a thing. so is sorority circle (KD/DDD) + XO, sorority row, and rebel drive ranking.

regardless what anyone says on this stupid website- in reality everybody knows where each house stands.

Depends on who you ask. Ask someone from Mississippi and they will say yes.

Ask somebody from out of the region, and they will tell you differently. They come in and aren't necessarily wooed by those three - although they know that they are strong and impressive. But they come in and are more likely to be interested in house like Alpha Phi or Kappa.

I know people will say I'm wrong, but the out of region population is growing at Ole Miss, and these girls don't necessarily know about KD (for example). But the do know about Alpha Phi and Kappa, which are much better known.
