Top Tier: Sigma Nu, Phi Delt, KA, Sigma Chi

Your traditional southern houses with the nicest properties and the best social schedules.

Mid-Tier: Kappa Sig, Pike, ATO, Phi Psi, Delta Psi

Kappa Sig and ATO are all close to the top tier houses but do not have the same pull on campus. Delta Psi is not on the same level social event-wise with the first four but they make up for it with grades/alumni/involvement. Pike and Phi Psi are right below Kappa Sig/ATO.

Bottom Tier: Everyone else

Just trying to pick off people who didn't go to a mid-tier house.

Pike is definitely higher than Phi Psi. Mid tier should be ATO --> Kappa Sig --> Pike --> Delta Psi --> Phi Psi

Look is this in light of the new pledge classes? Signs chi got a horrible pledge class so u should definitely take this into consideration
