I don't have a crystal ball, but I'm thinking retention numbers will keep going down as long as you keep snubbing the OOS quality girls with your favorite tool "variable quota." 2019 OOS girls looking at going here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere until they get rid of variable quota that allows Panhellenic to make as many cuts as they want before Pref. If you don't believe me, do a google search of all the past posts that talk about it. Still don't believe me? Come on down and see for yourself. I did ok, but I am SHOCKED at what goes on at the campus. Stay away if you are not from MS. Rant over. I have done my duty to get this out in the world.

Thank you. May some sanity prevail despite the douchebag snobs. Every sorority is running a competitive rush and having to make very hard decisions about new members, including our legacies. If a girl received a bid today she should be proud and looking forward to making lots of friends. This is not for the fainthearted. I wish we had even more spots for all of the terrific PNMs I met this week!
