tell me about behind the scenes of recruitment

What things do sororities look at behind the scenes? I have heard they have a room with all the girls pictures up on the walls. That someone looks up parents house values, and someone looking through social media. Any insight???

...not my house. we have recs and information on everyone but thats just the basic stuff on every PNM. the actual week of rush is insane and probably not what you would think. its very unorganized and organized at the same time.

We just use your recs and resume. No one has the time to look up your house value. Social media will only been looked at if something is brought up about someone's social media
