generally speaking the bottom tier sororitys. once in a while mid tier houses. you can look around the site to figure out who is who. everyone's opinion differs but you'll generally see the same houses show up in their correct tiers
ask your mom, family, mom's friends etc. anyone you can.
but i wouldn't stress about it. most houses pay very little attention to it. most rec letters never get looked at. with thousand plus girls rushing no one going through a thousand plus rec letters. most say pretty much the same thing.
in a rare blue moon you'll have a famous/popular alumni write a rec letter, but she'll personally call the house to make sure her opinion about you is heard. even she knows her rec letter will be ignored.
