Top Self Rankers: Kappa, DG and Alpha Phi - in fact these are just about the only sororities currently ranking on GR. Way to keep GR in business!
Top Self Ranking Mommies: Kappa, DG and Chi-O - they have a lot of experience after years of almost non stop self ranking. Chi-O Moms are currently giving GR a rest - but they will be back.
Middle Self Rankers: DDD, KD, Pi Phi, Theta and ADPi - they're all kind of quiet currently. DDD and KD tends to involve some Mom rankers, and Pi Phi, Theta and ADPi usually manage to recruit at least one over zealous GR warrior each year.
Bottom Self Rankers: Phi MU and AOPi - they could be self ranking - but don't seem to attract much attention to themselves.

Oh Good lord, looking at the individual pages for each sorority is simple enough. Since January Alpha Phi has ranked themselves top tier 10 times and middle tier 9 times. The next highest is Kappa with 10 top tier rankings and DG with 9 top tier ranking and one middle tier. ADPi has ranked themselves top 6 times and middle 3 times. The counting was easy. Looks like ADPi, DDD, KD, Theta and Pi Phi have almost exactly the same number of self ranking posts. AOPi, Chi-O, and Phi Mu have the least number of self ranking posts.
And for the record Alpha Phi also has the most negative rankings.
Maybe before you throw out accusations you should actually know what you are talking about or learn to count.

Actually the worst self rankers are Alpha Phi, they have almost double the amount of 'top tier' rankings as ADPi. Only DG and Kappa come close to the same amount of self ranking.
