You'll find more girls who lean liberal in the houses that take a lot of out-of-region girls - Alpha Phi, AOII, ADPi and Theta, probably Pi Phi too. There are girls who are liberal in the more traditional houses (Mississippi, Deep South members) but not as many.
And whatever you do, don't talk politics during rush.

Yes they have told me they are liberals and I still think both of them are nice people, despite disagreeing with them politically.

You’ve met two liberals? You either aren’t even trying or you aren’t a student. There’s lots of liberals on the Ole Miss Campus, it’s not Berkeley, but there’s more than the Moms are aware of.

actual liberals also hate the greek system so it would make sense that sororities would have less.

Mississippi people are that kind of creepy self righteous 'conservative'. But there's plenty of liberals on the Ole Miss campus, especially considering there's a growing number of OOS students. You will have to deal with those closed minded know it alls, but you can learn to ignore them.

honey-- you will be FINE. i was worried about the same thing, but it has been absolutely no problem being liberal in my sorority (none of the ones mentioned above as liberal havens lol). there are lots of liberal Ole Miss greek women in every organization-- some are just more vocal than others. we can't wait to have ya :)
