ADPi is a newer sorority at Ole Miss, hence its "rank." They have beautiful girls and a terrific philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House. For the most part, the popularity rankings reflect when a house colonized here AND whether the chapter recruits out of state students. For some reason, insularity is seen as a positive at Ole Miss. I'm in a house that is somewhat similar to ADPi, and one of the best things about my sisters is that they're from all over. Meeting different people is one of the reasons I came here. I hope you have a great experience here & best wishes!

Both are great sororities. They value legacies. They are also very open to OOS PNMs (majority OOS pledge classes). Most need connections but some don’t have connections and get bids due to having a good resume and and making a good impression when school starts.

this one is the most accurate for pnms now. Houses move up and down the tier system all the time, if XO wanted to keep their spot secured at the top, they should've put on as good of a rush as some of the other houses, or start taking girls that didn't go to Jackson prep. simple as that.

There are a couple of groups that are controlled by alums. That’s why they phone it in during rush. Trust me—I’m an active in one of them. There are times when I would love to be in a group where actives have a say during rush. In my group, the pledges are completely chosen by alums and the rush team. Therefore, legacies and daughters of parents our alums know get in.
