honors college
by: ??Not trying to generalize, just wondering where a lot of honors college girls/ really academically driven girls typically pledge? I'm sure each sorority has this type of girl, but where are they most common/fit the best?

honestly all.
honors college at ole miss use to be a thing. like when you'd ask them where they went to school they'd say "sally mcdonalds barksdale college at ole miss" etc etc
considering how many kids they take in now it's no big deal
every house have them.
you aren't any different here, unless you are on the football team. then again that use to be a thing a few years ago and now they suck

you may be in the honors college, but you're an idiot.
bama's honors college took in 8500 last year? really? because they have 31,000 undergrads total. I highly doubt 8500 of them are freshman in the honors college.
also i'd look at stats with a grain of salt. the honors college may have a higher percentage of students that are Greek, but that is because it doesn't comprise of groups that are typical non-greek.
Probably the biggest two non-greek groups on campus are athletes (actual atheletes like football and basketall players, not a "rebelette") and international students... neither of which have many (if any) people in the honors college

The Honors College has a higher percentage of students that are greek than does the overall undergraduate student body. I am a freshman HC student and greek, as are over half of the girls I know in HC. It really is a great program. Average admitted student last year had unweighted 3.97 and 31 ACT. Around 1450 students total. Small compared to Bama's 8500.
