tridelt is not top tier anymore - fact

They had the 2nd worst return rates, better than only Theta. It’s time they’re dropped from top tier, if girls don’t even want to return to your house how can you possibly be considered top?

It is true- 50% of PNMS cut tri delt the first day. Their house was under construction and their air wasn't working. I've heard from several freshmen that their experience at tri delt wasn't good.
