will there be more open bids this year-computer glich

First, this is just a rumor, but I've heard it going around that the computer matching system has been messing up, and cutting girls who were not actually supposed to be cut by certain sororities. I know this may not be true, but many people are saying that because of this supposed "glitch," many more sororities will be offering many more continuous open bids this year. Does anyone have any details on this?

I wish, but I think that's wishful thinking. We got what we got and gotta deal. I was devastated by my cut after being led to believe I was a sure thing. Yeah don't tell me I misunderstood blah blah blah , BS. Now I'm just going to make the best of my two remaining. At least I like them both cause some girls weren't even that lucky.

After this process I'm going to try better next year to be an honest active and not lead girls on. It hurts.

This rumor comes up every year. I feel sure there won't be many opportunities for COB this year. There were very few last year, regardless of what is said on here.
