house bashing

Why would anyone take the time to bash a sorority house? It's mean, just plain and simple! Your opinion of a particular house is just that, YOUR opinion! Why try to make someone feel less for pledging any particular house. The days of a particular couple of sororities being deemed the best or top tier are OVER...there are smart, beautiful, decent, energetic , wealthy and productive girls in ALL sororities! Why can't girls build each other UP , in doing so it only makes you look better! I bet if the Moms stayed out of it, the girls would have a lot more fun rushing because they wouldn't CARE about what hometown legacies thought! If you are lucky enough to get a bid, embrace it! Make yours the BEST and have FUN!!

AGREE! Problem is- now that Moms are encouraged to attend bid day / spend the week to be there for their daughters- you are left with a lot of bored moms with too much time on their hands and who have nothing better to do then come on here and bash.

Agreed! And don't forget the moms who have a reputation and social status to maintain bubble their daughter getting into the "right" stat!

It really is just Moms posting on here. The really weird ones are the ones pretending to be PNMs or Actives. Surely there is medication for whatever mental health issues they are suffering from.
