invited back to 8 houses

I am excited that I was invited back to 8 houses but 2 of the 3 that cut me where 2 of my favorites. I know I need to regroup and decide how to rank going forward. There were so many great and sweet girls in those 8 so I am happy to have the opportunity at any of those. Is being invited back to 8 a good thing? Also one of my friends was only invited back to 1 and I didn't know what to tell her.

It's a great thing to be invited back to 8 houses! It means you have the ability to maximize your options. Just be careful because it can get your hopes up about cuts later in the week! Also, just because your top 2 cut you, you shouldn't be discouraged. Every sorority at this school is fantastic and I promise you'll find a new favorite!

You are very fortunate! Don't give a thought to the houses that cut you.

About your friend - encourage her to give it her best and not compare herself to those who got more since they could get cut down to one after this round. It only takes one house for a bid!
