Same thing happened to my friend. So sad. Kappa dirty rushes so bad but DDD and KD will lead girls on until bid day and cut them after pref. I would rather be cut on Greek day than pref. Wish KD and DDD had enough class and integrity to do the same as kappa

Please stop with this nonsense, you are flat-out wrong. No sorority cuts after pref, they just rank the girls who accepted their pref invitations. Where you are on the rank list determines your bid - if your rank is lower than the quota cut-off of your #1 choice, you get your #2. If #2 also had you ranked low, you will be a quota addition to one or the other as long as you have maximized your options throughout rush.

All of the procedures for Recruitment are outlined in the NPC Manual of Information, which states quite clearly on page 122 that each chapter must be willing to accept as a member any woman who has been invited to their Pref. Google it if you wish. There is no cutting after Pref.

Maybe they didn't know their GPA. Kappa cuts across the board if GPA doesn't meet their requirement and it's higher than any others.

True, no cuts are made after pref, but if the house doesnt want u, they will rank u low on their list. However, it is true that u could still get that house if they dont hit quota before they get to ur name, or like the poster said above, u could be a quota addition to both houses u pref if u maximize ur options and dont suicide.
