# of houses asked back to each round?

Just curious, for girls that went through recruitment last year, how many houses did you get asked back to each round? I am OOS, good GPA, pretty good involvement, but not many connections with actives. Trying to prepare myself for what to expect next week.

Last year I only knew 2-3 girls who got back all 8 houses. It's really not common. Most get back 4-7. I knew one girl who only had one house on the second round, but she really loved them and had them all week and was so happy to run home there on bid day.

You sound like me. I had 8 invites to Round 2. 3 to Round 3 and 2 to Pref.

Best thing to do is to have fun and know that there will be ups and downs. It's a numbers game - not personal. Houses have to cut and the higher tiers have to cut the most and the fastest so please don't take it personally. Keep going thru the week even if you only have a few houses. Many girls wind up in houses they love (but didn't expect to) because they were open minded. Every house truly has great girls, I wish you luck in finding your home.
