IDK why tri delts are excited about their house....? It looks like a cheap knockoff of the white one across the road

Well I saw the plans and it looks like another big whit plantation house. Pretty but unoriginal. It won't make a difference though... it's tri delt and they still are the best on campus

It's not about aesthetic, their foundation has a crack in it and it's literally sinking. They're probably trying to fix that while also updating it.

Why do people care so much about the houses? I mean, I get that it's great to have a new house, but if you don't like the people living there, it's not like a shiny new banister is going to make a difference.
And I would say that whether this post was about DDD, APhi, ADPi, or DG. Or a chapter in an older house. It's not like girls are living in shacks lol.
