Most of the sororities are looking for girls with good GPAs and good resumes. Although most of the sororities are going to be made up of girls who will call themselves Christian, most of those girls would only be able to quote a few Bible verses and some of them aren't necessarily living according to any Christian principles. One long look at this site proves there are a lot of very unChristian people who are involved with the sororities here. There were only a couple of sororities where religion seem to come up in the conversation, so if I was you I would look at the ones where yours (or anyone's) personal faith isn't mentioned in the recruitment process.

Your question made me want to take a quick look at all our sororities National websites. Here are the sororities where I found some type of Cultural Diversity Statement or Non-discrimination Policy: AOPi, Chi-O, DDD, DG, and KD. I couldn't find a diversity statement for Alpha Phi, ADPi,Theta, Kappa, Phi Mu or Pi Phi, but it could be I just didn't know where to look for it.

Yes, I think the largely Christian-based values sororities were founded upon could really be an issue. While they are all not obviously religious in their day to day activities, there is a lot more Christianity underpinning them than the secular surface shows.
