Really the hottest group of guys on campus and ultimately the worst part is they don’t want to talk to me :(

Disadvantaged being in the old Phi Tau house. Still a great group of guys that know how to have fun, most of them are pretty attractive. But there’s a few that look homeless and shouldn’t be in a frat.

A sorry ass group of weirdos. They got lucky keeping DKE’s house as long as they did. They won’t make it a year in their new one.

They’re an okay group of guys but their leadership sucks and they’re going to die off in about a year. The one guy that I know that was in Pi Kapp hates them now lol

Even without currently having a house on campus these guys are what true brotherhood stands for. They have strong national backing know for leadership and success. They will get another house even better then the one they just left.

Small enough to know everyone, big enough to gang up and go have a good time. Cheapest dues on campus (during a pandemic too). I’ve liked everyone I’ve talked to during rush and I want to be a leader. This is the group for me.

They are the stereotypical top house: good looking, decent personality, preppy ish, can party hard, basic. I think they are ranked lower than the other top houses on here because they’re only seven years old. They don’t make waves or talk badly about other houses to better themselves. They are solid enough that they don’t have to roast another house to better themselves.
