In my opinion after the new pc's for this year the new rankings are?:
Pi Phi APhi Zeta TriDelt Chi O
AXO DZ Kappa GPhi AXiD
Theta KD DG
AOPi AEPhi Phi Mu
ADPi SDT AGD
ASA TPA SK DPhiE

to burst your bubble. I live in a HOUSE on the second line. I just saw all the pledge class pics on IG and that's what I think. It's not deeper than that, really. If you photo shopped out the letters from the bid day pics, you'd rank differently too. AXO, GPhi, and Chi O killed it this year while Tri Delt, APhi and AGD did not. AGD belongs down with the unhoused chapters.

So you're only ranking based on pictures? Where you can barely see everyone's face at that. Lol. SK hasn't existed long enough to rank them so stop.

I live in a house on your first line and I think we all know that you can not base a pledge class on a grainy pic with 50 faces, let alone 150. Give it a rest.

Why would you think that someone who listed a chapter on the bottom tier is hyping their chapter? It's the bottom line. No one jumped on this poster for putting AXO in the top row or Alpha Phi in the second row? You people are crazy.

They're at the top of the bottom. Putting themselves any higher would be obvious and discredit them. They aren't better than other unhoused chapters because they MAY get a house. If they do we'll all be graduated and gone before it exists.
