freshman sorority chances

I am a freshman and concerned that I will not have a 3.0 gpa. Is it worth the stress of rushing if I end up with a 2.5 -2.9?

No. You have to have a 2.8 or you won't be allowed to rush and many chapters will release you if you are less than 3.0
