by: Who Knows!So exactly what determines the tiers.. GPA, Campus Activity, Alumni, Brotherhood, or just a bunch of banter with no actual facts behind the arguments?

Even if a top tier fraternity house recruited the worst pledge classes ever and filled the house with a bunch of goobers, they would probably stay the same in terms of social status. This is just because people listen for the name of a house and dont actually think about the people in them. Its f'ed up but its really hard for houses to move up and down in the "rankings" because of this.
