Which top tier sorority houses are the nicest ? Also, if you could talk about the types of rooms they have (cold rooms?) that would be very helpful. Thank you!

Also do all sororities require that you live with then your junior and senior year?

I have an issue with the words "top tier" because I think it is different for everyone. Going through rush you will see for yourself which ones are the nicest in your opinion- its different for every girl, some may really like one that others did not. As far as the live-in requirements, you have to live in your junior year and a lot of the sororities are changing their senior live-in policies so its not required for seniors to live-in at some sororities.
