Just listing 1-10 means nothing, and anyone can argue any bs. The list of most chill greek houses is a start ranking because it provides specifications, that can move forward a good discussion.

-looks
-personality
-chill factor
-party factor
- most likely to bring home to parents
- most promising potential bf or GF
- most involved on campus
- all around
- best branding

Etc etc etc
