Ranking house layouts for throwing. (No bias).

Top Tier
1. Beta – Insane layout.
2. Phi Sig – Fire Darties (The best). Can’t throw at night.
3. SAE – Consistently solid.
4. Theta Chi – Great layout. Use it better.
5. Phi Psi – Hit or miss. Decent setup.

Mid Tier
Sig Pi – Set up similar to Theta Chi. (Use it a lot better)
6. Chi Phi – Should just be a darty house.
8. Delts – Need to make more use of the layout. Surprisingly good tho.
9. Pi Kapps – Fine layout. Ride off hype.
10. AEPI – Fine set up. Ride off money.
11. SNU – Set up is very hit or miss.
12. ZBT – Doing the best they can with what they got. (Get a house).

Lower Tier
13. Beta Sig – Basement mostly and hot.
14. Lambda – Can’t even use bathrooms in house. Small Tent.
15. A Sig – Lambda but worse.
16. Tep – Mud.
17. Sammy/Pike – Never been never will.
