With beta sig likely out will Acacia be returning and taking their house next year?

Acacia will recolonize in the fall of 2025, then fully take the house back in fall of 2026 as long as they don’t mess anything up

I think they are coming back in the next 3-5 years

They would have no one to live in the house first semester they haven’t recolonized so no. Fall 2026 is when they’ll take it. If beta sig is kicked a different frat will take the house for one year next year. Probably would be Sammy, zbt, Pike, or akl
