tri delt is back (NO JOKE)
by: dddguys tri delt is offically coming back! just got off the phone with nationals, we are possibly going through informal this year; by 2026, will get our original house back!

Nope, not happening, and that's not how it works. Tri Delt would have to ask permission from panhellenic to come on just like any new sorority would, and all current sororities would have to agree to it. Then they would have to wait until after the next formal recruitment to begin recruiting. None of that is in the works.

When Tri Delta returns it will be announced because they need Panhel approval first.
They will go through the process just like any other new sorority and will probably have alumni pick the first group of women.
They have a beautiful, historic house on 3rd street but it’s also super small so when they return I see it coinciding with a new chapter house being built elsewhere on campus (probably the tennis courts near Zeta since they were offered to a fraternity before to build a new house).
