Crazy conspiracy theory about tri delts. So dphie is moving out of the old tri delta house this year, and some other sorority is moving into it for a year while their house is under renovations. Is it possible that after next year the tri delts come back? Pretty sure it would be like the 10 year anniversary of them leaving…call me crazy I was just thinking

Just because there's a house doesn't mean there's going to be a chapter. Tri Delt nationals have to ask to come back on, and panhellenic, meaning all the sororities, have to agree to let them. There's nothing like that in the works. Give it up already, especially on greekrank.
