something I’ve noticed these past two years is that Greek life has become so much more diverse at IU. there are so many more POC in all of the fraternities and sororities which is honestly refreshing to see.

If it's true then it has happened naturally and is based on personalities - where people are wanted and belong because they are a good fit - not by filling stupid quotas or percentages.
