X Board - what is it?

Yo, idk about everyone else I’ve been hearing that some fraternities in the greater Bloomington area are starting up “X-boards.” Apparently they try to Intervene with all the actions Exec makes. Just an interesting thing honestly… not really sure how to feel about it. Lmk how you guys feel, or if I’m being informed false information. Preesh.
