Yea sophomores who are now seniors aren’t rly that involved though and the original colony only had a few freshman. So the original guys are either graduated, dropped, or a senior besides like 5 freshman who are now juniors

Their fall PC from last year is well liked. Their upperclassmen are a kind of weird, but I think they're moving in the right direction. They had some solid parties this spring.

SAE needs to branch out this year and not expect to exclusively have top tier girls at their crib at all times, but they'll be back to normal by next year.

I think it’s one of two houses. First house is beta sig assuming they come back from cnd, if they do a good job of generating some hype. The other house is Tep because they now know what it’s like to be on campus and can prob get a performer or do smth big with the backyard they have

It's not looking good for Beta Sig fr. Their rush is screwed and they won't be back before homecoming. Hope they haven't suckered a srat into a pair.

I don’t think Beta Sig ever makes a comeback, not that they were anything prior. They are out of their house in the next year or 2. Who wants to join as a Freshman with so much uncertainty.
