2024-2025 FRAT PREDICTIONS

Rise:
Phi Sig (great freshman, just have to keep parties more steady)
Theta Chi (fun darties, already rising)
SAE (will have a good comeback off CnD)
Phi Psi (great freshman, good parties will help them a lot)
Sig Chi (liked by a lot of freshman girls, solid freshman)

Stay the same:
Pikkaps (darties will always be fun, nothing special done this year)
Beta (not the best freshman class but their house is fun)
Aepi (overrated but they throw alright parties)
Fiji (good freshman pc but I’ve never had fun at their parties)
Sig Ep (alright freshman, they’re going to stay mouse)

Fall:
Phi Delt (half of their freshman are studs half are weirdos, if they don’t throw more they will fall)
ZBT (weird freshman, going to hurt them in the long run)
Sammy (their losing their house and have an alright freshman pc)

The rest are irrelevant
