Top- Pikkaps, Phi Sig, Beta, Aepi, Theta Chi, Phi delt, Fiji, Zbt
Mid- Sig Chi, SAE, Sammy, Phi Psi, Chi Phi, Sig ep, Sigma Nu, Lambda, Pike
Bottom- Tep, Asig, Delts, AKL, Pi Lamb, KSig, KDR
SORORITY-
Top- Pi Phi, Aphi, Dz, Kappa, Chi O, Zeta, Gphi, Axo
Mid- AXID, Kd, Dg, Theta, Aephi, AOPI, AGD, ADPI
Bottom- SK, Phi Mu, SDT, TPA, DphiE, ASA

Delts should be considered mid tier fr. With DU gone and Beta Sig out for now it makes sense for them to move up. They're the best option to rise.

Badass bike team, ok that’s true. But the 60+ weird dudes doesn’t put them anywhere near close to top. Only thing saving them is the physical house itself.
