Pros and cons of housed vs unhoused sorority

I dropped out of formal rush since I found it very stressful so I am pursuing informal. One sorority is unbounded and the other is housed. I want to decide on who I vibe with but aside from that what are the pros and cons to house vs unhoused? No trolls please

one huge pro of having a house on campus is having a place to go between classes. It's nice to have a place where everyone meets up regularly outside chapter meetings
