is hazing legit???

We’ve all heard the rumors….blow or blow, washing machines…call it what you want but I want to know what actually still goes down in sororities.
I hear a lot of rumors but ik Panhellenic has tightened up their regulations in the past few years so are any sororities still actually do these things? I’ve heard mixed responses.

Those aren’t just rumors, Kappa was suspended for hazing in 2021 and just got off probabtion recently and the Chi O hazing incident was a couple years before that. They lost pretty much their whole chapter because of it. You can google it and find out the specific details as it was all over the news.

I have friends in Chi O and friends in Kappa. I will say, Chi O’s probation period was a lot more intense with nationals so they really don’t haze with being on a close watch. Kappa however…. Yea, they’ll haze you and humiliate you up to your senior year.
