Can someone please explain how SAE can be on Cease and Desist, and just change their team name, and still be permitted to rep all frats from IU against PU frats in the GBA championship at assembly hall?

cease and desist is a joke. Can't be in GBA unless you are a frat. Letting a frat on CD rep the entire IU greek system is ridic.
