How do I rush the Christian Student Foundation

Are they a top house, and how competitive is rush? Are the parties good?

From what I've seen, its a pretty clean house (probably due to the fact they don't throw). Its also coed. During little five last year, they had an open BBQ that me and some of my sisters went to, and met some nice people. But haven't heard much outside of that.
